Construction Baseline Schedule Development

Using our knowledge and expertise of what a construction project entails along with integral information and feedback from meetings with the project team, through LEAN planning principles, we create an all-inclusive, high-quality CPM baseline schedule. This schedule identifies the major phases, stages, and dependencies of the project from design to pre-construction through execution.

Progress Update & Reporting


A baseline schedule is always on track until the progress updates; therefore, we work diligently to ensure that all schedule updates reflect the work performed and its current status in a given period as well as accurately projecting future work.

Asking the right questions during the update process is key to updating a monthly project schedule. We work closely with project managers, site superintendents, and field engineers to ensure correct real-time progress is reflected in the schedule during the update.

Construction Delay Analysis

FTR tracks all the driving factors of the project and ensures that all impacts, changes, and delays are added to the schedule in order to evaluate the real project impact and provide a detailed analysis of the conditions that have caused productivity impacts on the project’s longest path.

Our expert consultants will then find solutions to the delays to bring the project back on track.

Recovery Schedules

While unfortunate, claim delay situations and the need for recovery schedules is not uncommon. Our team can provide guidance and assistance in the event that these are necessary.
