Our History
ForTheRecord Project Planners and Strategists (FTR) was founded in 1992. We specialize in project strategic planning and CPM scheduling. In our three decades of operation, we have assisted a variety of clients on more than 120 projects, with an estimated total construction value of $36 billion. Our work includes banking headquarters, railroad station rehabilitations, airport terminals, luxury retail stores, public schools, courthouses, hospitals, laboratories, performing art centers, stadiums, residential towers, and office towers, amongst many other project categories.
Company Leadership
Eileen Yajure
Eileen’s experience includes construction strategic planning, CPM schedule development and maintenance, schedule risk management, and delay impact analysis and mitigation. She has extensive experience working on commercial towers, performing arts centers, residential towers, and stadiums.
Key Projects: JPMorgan Chase Headquarters, Citi Headquarters, Deutsche Bank Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering David H. Koch Center, New Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Alice Tully Hall, Hearst Tower, Manhattan West, and the Time Warner Center.
Jorge Yajure
Jorge’s experience includes CPM scheduling consulting operations, developing and maintaining large CPM schedule networks, CPM baseline analysis and design, and monthly CPM updates. He has extensive experience working on healthcare, infrastructure, and transportation projects.
Key Projects: JPMorgan Chase Headquarters, LaGuardia Airport Delta Airlines Terminal C and Concourses, Freedom Tower, Rockefeller University River Campus, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Brooklyn Family Courthouse, and the New York Aquarium Shark Exhibit.
Emal Habib
Emal’s experience includes creating master schedules based upon collaboration with the project owner, owner’s representatives, designers, construction managers, and subcontractors. He has extensive experience working on airline terminals, commercial towers, residential buildings, and bridges.
Key Projects: JPMorgan Chase Headquarters, LaGuardia Airport Delta Airlines Terminal C and Concourses, Citi Headquarters, David Geffen Hall, American Museum of Natural History Richard Gilder Center, Rehabilitation of the Atlantic Avenue Bridge, JFK Terminal 4 Expansion, and the Reconstruction of the 5th Avenue Bridge over the Long Island Railroad.

Tim Martin
Tim’s experience includes updating and maintaining schedules for large construction projects. He has extensive experience as a projects control manager and engineer for a variety of private and government sector industries working on baseline schedules and monthly report updates.
Jim Ryder
Jim’s experience includes developing, updating, and maintaining schedules for large construction projects throughout the US. He has extensive experience in project management within the construction, government, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications sectors.
Priscilla Esquina
Priscilla’s experience includes managing and improving internal business operations. She oversees coordination of project contracts, deliverables, proposals, and accounting. She collaborates across several departments and takes on special projects, including the preparation of graphics and client presentations.
Rachel Raimondi
Rachel’s experience includes the development and maintenance of schedule reports and narratives. She gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of each project.
